Nashawn Turner is the Founder and President of Uniquely Designed Coaching, LLC.,a personal and professional development and life coaching business dedicated to empowering women to redesign their lives to fit their life purpose. Her vision is to see women move forward in their lives so that their call to greatness is activated and their full potential is maximized to live life more abundantly. Her specific focus is to enable women to recreate the life they choose to live. She is excited about helping women to transform their lives and walk in their destiny by inspiring them to discover who they are and what they have been designed to do in the earth. Her coaching practice has now expanded the utilization of her coaching skills and professional strategies for impacting organizations and its leaders in a whole new way.
For over two decades, Nashawn has been able to speak into the lives of women from all walks of life and backgrounds encouraging, supporting, and affirming them on their journey to become the women they were meant to be. She has done this from her many years as a speaker, mentor, counselor and now as a Life Coach. Her motivating and unique style of coaching provokes women to go from where they are to where they want to be in order to live a life they love. As a military wife of 20 years, she has served on various spouses organizations for the United States Marine Corps mentoring and helping military spouses learn to live the military lifestyle successfully. Having lived in several different locations from coast to coast including an overseas tour in Okinawa, Japan and in beautiful Hawaii, Nashawn is an expert in adapting to change and creating a fulfilling and satisfied life regardless of where life takes her.
As a sought out speaker, Nashawn has conducted workshops, seminars, retreats and confererces for businesses, colleges, churches, government agencies, and military organizations. She has influenced audiences to awaken to the possibilities around them and to take charge of their lives all while taking advantage of new opportunities to celebrate their lives right now! People have learned how to dream again, set goals, and change self limiting beliefs all while exploring how they want their lives to look, feel, and work in areas such as their marriages, careers, relationships, and much more.

She has also appeared on the Public Access Television talking about Life Coaching and the benefits of working with a coach to take your life to the next level. She has been on WAVA radio station (FM 105.1) with a "Coaching Moment" heard in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore area. Nashawn is the author of The ESP Marriage: Developing True Intimacy in Your Marriage by Building a Powerful EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL, and PHYSICAL Connection and a contributing author to Thriving and Just Surviving: Deployment Perspectives for Today's Military Families. She is also a freelance writer for the Stripes Okinawa Newspaper.
Nashawn's entrepreneurial spirit enabled her to launch her own Life Coaching business after becoming a Certified Life Coach through Transformational Leadership Coaching which has now become Lifeforming Leadership Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and a member of the American Counseling Association. To further equip and extend her call into excellence, she earned a Masters degree in Human Service Counseling from Regent University. Nashawn resides in Okinawa, Japan with her wonderful husband and their three beautiful children. She enjoys reading, laughing out loud and having fun with family and friends, watching good movies, meeting new people and traveling around the world.
